It's a hip new hotel with brand-new and large rooms. The staff are genuinely professional and deserve a 4-star rating.

Location close enough to the train station and local buses, and the main attractions. The staff - superbly friendly and very welcoming.

Extremely spacious and well soundproofed room & pleasant views. Plenty of supplies in the room: central heating, flat-screen TV, and a safe.

The reception staff were so helpful, I feel like they practically planned my whole stay for me! Plus, the à la carte breakfast was a delicious way to start the day.

Who needs a 24-hour front desk, free WiFi, air conditioning, daily housekeeping, elevator, restaurant, lobby lounge, concierge service, coin laundry, and vending machine? Definitely not me!

The room was new-fashioned and well soundproofed with a shower, a hairdryer and a bidet in the private bathroom.

Clean hotel in a beautiful building just off the main attractions. Brand-new and large room, a bidet, a shower cap and bath sheets in the room. Magnificent views and great facilities. Handy, unbeatable location near the railway station…very modern. For tea or coffee visit Cocteau nearby.

I had a delightful stay at the Grand Bach in Sendai. The hotel's ambiance truly promotes relaxation, from the soothing decor to the pleasant background music. The staff's friendly attitude added to the welcoming atmosphere. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the breakfast was a highlight with its delicious use of local produce. The comfort of the bed, efficient air conditioning, and fabulous shower all contributed to a comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel's location, just a 5-minute walk from the station along a beautiful tree-lined street, made getting around a breeze. I highly recommend this hotel.

Although my stay was exceptional, it's worth noting that there were a few minor drawbacks. the hotel lacks a proper restaurant and only offers basic lounge services.
